SAGE is changing all appointments to telephone or to secure video counselling.

SAGE is continuing with its existing telephone and secure video counselling services to provide counselling services to our community due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

SAGE is following the recommendations of both Federal and provincial governments of social distancing and has suspended ALL face-to-face counselling services until both governments’ recommendations change.

We apologize for any inconvenience during this time as SAGE takes measures to ensure the safety of all clients and personnel.

With the arrival of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the recent publication of detailed information from Federal and Provincial Health Ministries.

Please read carefully the following questions:

  • Have you travelled internationally in the last 14 days?
  • Have you experienced any cold or flu like symptoms within the last 14 days?
    (including fever, cough, sore throat, respiratory illness, or difficulty breathing)
  • Have you been in direct contact with anyone who has travelled, or has flu like symptoms in the last 14 days?

If you have answered yes to any of the above-mentioned questions, we ask that you refrain from coming to our office and contact us to reschedule to a later date or (if available) change appointment to a telephone session or video session.
